Family Office Accounting & Operations Assist with accounting and financial reporting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their related entities Maintain general ledgers across multiple business and investment entities Support monthly and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation Prepare reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts Assist with accounting for investment activity and related reporting Accounts Payable & Financial Administration Process vendor invoices and support approval and payment workflows Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation Assist with tracking and recording investment-related transactions as needed Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounting systems Process Improvement & Documentation Create and maintain clear documentation for accounting processes and assigned tasks Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency Support implementation of process improvements and best practices across the team Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Who You Are

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong technology mindset and willingness to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with family office or investment clients
  • Experience with accounting for investments, including private equity or hedge funds
  • Experience with investment reporting and reconciling investment accounts

Responsibilities
