About The Position

STAFF ACCOUNTANT | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Perform detailed internal P&L reviews across a complex, multi-entity structure, providing strategic insights through variance analysis, trend identification, and troubleshooting of significant fluctuations. • Create, maintain, and reconcile monthly account analysis files to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Support intercompany accounting activities (multi-entity experience preferred). • Review and analyze corporate, business development, and administrative expenses. • Maintain and update accounting records and support documentation. • Support month end and year end close processes, ensuring timely completion of reconciliations and close related deliverables. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve accounting processes, identify issues, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or complex organizational environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates professional integrity
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Windows-based systems and general computer applications.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented, able to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Self-motivated and effective working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
