About The Position
The Staff Accountant serves a critical role on the Accounting team, contributing to the financial health and reporting of the organization. This position involves the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The Staff Accountant will maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules, review monthly financial activity, and prepare necessary financial statements and operating reports. Additionally, the role supports other corporate closing functions as needed, making it essential for the smooth operation of the accounting department. This position is open to a hybrid flexible work schedule, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.
