Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
• Two or more years in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure general ledger accounts are balanced and reconciled monthly
• Identify financial trends and variances, providing key insights to management
• Generate grant invoices and reports to support funding compliance
• Assist in financial audit preparation and the implementation of new accounting policies
• Maintain clear and up-to-date written accounting procedures
