About The Position

Essential Job Functions: Manage journal entries, accruals, reconciliation and analysis for different areas within finance. Control month-end close process for one or more of our foreign entities including preparing journal entries, revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis. Prepare monthly expense tracking and analysis. Create new ledger accounts and maintain existing accounts. Complete quarterly intercompany foreign exchange clearing transactions. Prepare information for press release and SEC filing documents as needed. US sales and use tax maintenance, reconciliation and submission for payment. Complete periodic government census reports. Responsible for global financial close as needed Special projects and analysis as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: Up to two foreign Finance Managers (or equivalent). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
