As Stadium Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Paycor Stadium, a world-class venue that hosts professional sports, concerts, and major community events. Requirements

  • Three (3) years experience in facilities management which indicates a thorough knowledge of management practices, mechanical and electrical engineering practices, construction management, facility maintenance and repair, contract and maintenance agreements.
  • Demonstrable ability to apply management principles to practical work situations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of stadium facilities, including carpentry, painting, custodial, and skilled trades operations.
  • Supervise staff across all shifts, including assigning work, conducting evaluations, and providing training and development.
  • Ensure the stadium, grounds, and facility systems remain safe, clean, and fully operational.
  • Plan and manage construction and maintenance projects, including developing cost estimates, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality control.
  • Develop bid packages, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor and contractor performance.
  • Monitor service agreements and review/approve contractor invoices for payment.
  • Manage divisional budgets and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required reports and operational records.
  • Work additional hours as needed during snow and ice emergencies, flood preparation and response efforts, and throughout football season and other special events.
