About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Event Cleaners to join our team. As an Event Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stadium remains clean, safe, and welcoming before, during, and after events. This includes concerts, NFL games, college football, and other large-scale events. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and concession areas.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Maintain cleanliness in seating areas, concourses, suites, and VIP zones.
Respond promptly to spills, trash overflow, and other cleaning needs during events.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff and stadium personnel.
Assist with post-event deep cleaning and reset for upcoming events.
