About The Position

The Stacker is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products for packaging, storage, or shipment in a production or warehouse environment. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous production or warehouse experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Stack finished products onto pallets, trays, or conveyors
• Ensure products are stacked correctly to prevent damage
• Monitor product flow from production lines
• Inspect products for basic quality and report defects
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
• Assist with packaging and other production tasks as needed
