About The Position

Process Governance: Leading team concurrence on STA policies and ensuring the effective cascade of global procedural changes across Purchasing, Product Development, and supplier networks. Systems & IT Integration: Defining technical requirements for STA IT projects, testing system changes, and managing SharePoint administration to support data-driven decision-making. Quality & Technical Alignment: Leveraging deep knowledge of quality tools (such as APQP, PPAP, and GPDS) and problem-solving methodologies to troubleshoot issues and improve supplier performance metrics. Analysis & Communication: Developing executive-level reports and presentations that provide insight into process effectiveness, while managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Project management
  • Supplier Site Development and/or Program STA experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks; both administrative and analytical
  • Effective presenter and ability to develop executive presentation materials
  • Ability to train and effectively communicate
  • Proficiency in Q1, Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP, Supplier Improvement Metrics, Global Product Development System (GPDS), Prevent Recurrence
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns
  • Business Acumen
