The Student-Technology Services Aide is responsible for providing exceptional customer services as an assistant to the Technology Services Department. This role contributes to the technological support for college faculty, staff, students, and community members. The aide assists with maintaining, installing, and operating computer, audio/video, instructional, and event support equipment, while also performing administrative and clerical duties.
