About The Position

Clarios offers various types of internships including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Interns will apply their educational experience to solve real-world business problems, obtain exposure to industry leaders, and learn directly from functional experts through weekly mentoring conversations. Interns will develop a comprehensive understanding of specific team and department initiatives and goals, expand their functional, technical, and soft skills, and attend customized trainings and workshops focused on career development and networking. They will collaborate with peers and present their findings to the Clarios executive leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations, Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Complete a specified project over the course of the summer internship aligned with academic goals and organizational needs.
• Prepare a report on findings.
• Present results and recommendations to the leadership team at the end of the summer.
