The Team Lead for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program is responsible for the day-to-day management of SSVF staff, ensuring effective service delivery to veterans and their families. This role requires relevant experience in homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and transitional supportive services. The Team Lead will provide key linkages for clients from intake and assessment through to the attainment or maintenance of permanent housing in their home community. The position emphasizes accessibility, outreach to targeted populations, and the provision of case management, advocacy, and wraparound supports and services within the community.
