About The Position
The Content Manager will implement comprehensive web content strategies that enhance user experience and align with Stritch goals. This role involves understanding and communicating user needs, preferences, and behaviors to create a best-in-class digital experience. The Content Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders and work closely with IT to ensure that web content meets user expectations and integrates seamlessly with overall site design and functionality. Responsibilities include providing daily support for web contributors, overseeing training, maintenance, and governance of web content, utilizing analytics and user feedback to guide content decisions, ensuring compliance with SEO and accessibility best practices, conducting content audits, advocating for best practices, and regularly communicating with stakeholders about web content performance and strategies.
