SSM System Support Manager

Bollinger Motors is seeking a Sales/Service/Marketing (SSM) System Support Manager to oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of Bollinger Motors. This position is critical in ensuring that the Salesforce platform aligns with the company's operational requirements and best practices. The SSM System Support Manager will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be based in-person at the company's headquarters in Oak Park, MI. In this role, the manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of systems associated with the functional activities related to SSM, with Salesforce being the primary focus. The manager will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications that can be executed by the development team. Additionally, the manager will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all SSM projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Quality assurance is a key component of this role, as the manager will ensure the performance of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization. Staying current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends is essential to provide the best solutions for the company. The manager will also provide technical expertise and support for complex Salesforce issues and challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team. Coordination with other IT teams and departments is necessary to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems. The manager will also manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed, and assist Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with any technical issues revolving around programs such as Salesforce, PLEX, Adaptive, and middleware software.
