About The Position
The SSA (Service and Support Administrator) acts as the primary point of coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities, assessing their needs and wants, developing Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and authorizing and monitoring services to ensure individuals are living fulfilling lives. This role emphasizes person-centered planning and collaboration with families, guardians, and service providers to coordinate necessary supports and services.
