We’re seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative who’s eager to learn the steel industry from the ground up. The role offers clear growth potential into an Inside Sales Representative position as opportunities become available.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; we’re more interested in your attitude, initiative, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing and data entry in ERP.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and order confirmations for customers.
• Support the Sales teams with documentation and follow-up.
• Help organize and participate in sales events and customer visits.
• Research prospective customers and assist in qualifying new leads.
• Learn about our steel products, including grades, dimensions, and finishes.
• Train and develop skills for a future transition into a sales role.
