About The Position
A Special Response Team (SRT) Officer is responsible for providing highly visible professional security to any of the Caesars properties to complement existing security programs. An SRT Officer must act as a visual deterrent, intervene and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats. They mitigate incidents through early detection and/or disruption of criminal conduct or other undesirable activity. All SRT duties are to be performed in accordance with Enterprise and property policies, practices and procedures. This position requires specialized training in addition to day-to-day security operations, to include regular firearms and tactics training, and rigorous physical conditioning standards. The SRT Officer will assist and liaise effectively with Caesars Entertainment Security personnel, law enforcement agencies and local partners as requested and will perform all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures, and within the realm of the Caesars Entertainment mission statement.
