About The Position

As an SRP Operator I you will monitor, make minor adjustments, operate HMI control panels, and perform quality checks to ensure you provide high quality material to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 to 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Basic arithmetic ability
  • Reading and writing skills
  • Ability to work well with individuals and teams to ensure the team meets & exceeds expectations
  • Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours 1. Safety glasses 2. Steel-toed shoes 3. nitrile gloves 4. ear protection 5. clean room suit
  • Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours 1. Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds 2. Stoop, twist, bend 3. Reach overhead 4. Sit and/or stand 5. Use of hands and fingers to perform job function

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests on material to ensure they meet quality inspection criteria and specifications
  • Support analysis of test results and assist with implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure that all materials comply with established quality standards
  • Support light wrenching and maintenance tasks on SRP tower equipment to ensure proper operation and prevent equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure proper handling of various solvents during sampling, testing, and cleaning
  • Assist with the management of hand tool inventories, ensuring they are well-maintained, readily available, and stored properly
  • Support the inventory of SRP materials, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage and handling
  • Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
  • Follow established work instructions
  • Able and willing to perform tasks in all weather conditions
  • Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPE
  • Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
  • Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
  • Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required
  • Maintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
  • Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
