Join Our Team as an SRNA/CNA Clinical Nurse! Summary of Duties As an SRNA/CNA Clinical Nurse, you will assist providers in the examination and treatment of patients, perform lab technician duties, and ensure an exceptional level of patient care. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-focused environment. Essential Responsibilities Patient Care: Interview patients and record vital signs (e.g., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) in patient charts. Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during patient examinations and treatments. Administer medications as directed and document administration in the EMR system. Clinical Support: Clean and sterilize instruments, restock medical supplies, and inventory/order necessary materials. Assist with lab specimen collection according to lab standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete medical histories, family and social histories, and medication records in the EMR system. Verify patient demographics and other data for accuracy. Quality Assurance: Coordinate with providers to ensure all organizational quality standards are consistently met. Maintain Basic Life Support and CPR certification per Red Cross or American Heart Association guidelines. (We provide this training on site) Additional Duties: Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements

  • Nurse Aid, Medical Assistant or similar medical certification and minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical or clinical setting preferred.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to submit a background check and oral drug screen.
  • Ability to assess, organize and plan; demonstrated skills in problem identifications and problem solving.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently under general direction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to function as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff, patients, community partners and more.
  • Computer literate and capable of operating an EMR.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
