Requirements

• Experience with Application Monitoring tools
• Understanding of JVM and Database metrics
• Hands-on experience with Java web services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Well versed in Application Monitoring tools (Splunk, Extrahop, App Dynamics, Prometeus & Grafana)
• Good understanding of JVM and Database metrics (CPU, Memory, Disk Space utilization, Threads, Connection counts)
• Hands-on experience with Java web services (REST Services)
• Analyze traffic patterns, errors, and exceptions from logs and suggest improvement ideas
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate with Senior Management and various stakeholders such as App Dev, Infra Teams, DBAs, etc.
• Work independently to drive all stability improvements to ensure zero downtime for web services and Database
