About The Position
Key Responsibilities Support and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance Assist in designing, implementing, and improving systems and processes Provide user support, training, and system issue tracking Learn and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production workflows Help design and implement control systems to minimize production issues and costs Customize MES tools to align with business and production requirements Administer and support production-related applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system inefficiencies Requirements Education & Experience Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 0–3 years of relevant experience in IT, systems support, or software development Exposure to Python or another programming language preferred Basic understanding of software development or system support tools and techniques Familiarity with databases is a plus Qualifications Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail Self-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented with the ability to learn quickly Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration Ability to clearly convey technical concepts and instructions Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project) Strong organizational and time management skills
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
