About The Position

Kolomolo is growing fast, and we are building a strong team of talented professionals in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AI, and Engineering. We are looking for candidates based in Poland who have Swedish proficiency and want to contribute to exciting projects in infrastructure, AI, and software engineering. Please note: This recruitment is for Talent Pool purposes, with the closest start date being the beginning of next year for our upcoming projects.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Experience in at least one of the following domains: Site Reliability Engineering, AI/ML engineering, backend or frontend development.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system performance for high availability and resilience.
• Developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and architectures.
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for backend or frontend systems.
• Ensuring infrastructure cost optimization and robust cloud resource management.
• Supporting the deployment and maintenance of microservices in Agile environments.
• Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
