About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished Go-To-Market executive who can develop and execute innovative strategies to drive growth of our Streaming Data Services at a global scale, services that are increasingly critical as our customers look for real-time data to enable their AI use cases. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of an emerging and fast growing space that will have a significant impact on our customer's strategies. You'll be a part of our Worldwide sales organization, and you will identify and pursue new Analytics market opportunities, create and deliver sales programs that have broad revenue impact, expand strategic partner and distribution channels, and implement new solutions to help customers adopt AWS Streaming Data services. Close alignment with Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon MSK, Amazon Data Firehouse, and Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink product management teams is required to translate technical product capabilities into business solutions that can create customer value across a variety of geographical and vertical markets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or similar experience in big data environments
  • Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
  • Experience in Apache Kafka

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • 5+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Experience selling broad Analytics capabilities
