The Sr. Consultant facilitates collaboration and fosters trust across HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on strategic workforce initiatives. The Workforce Planning Consultant conducts detailed analysis, identifies trends, and leverages advanced workforce analytics and scenario planning to address workforce gaps and opportunities. Using a data-driven approach, the Sr. Workforce Planning Consultant communicates complex data, logic, and solutions clearly and concisely to senior leadership, influencing data-driven decisions and driving quantifiable outcomes. The role encourages the team to engage cross-functionally at all levels, driving workforce strategy adoption and execution while identifying continuous improvement opportunities. By leveraging strategic insights, metrics, data visualization, advanced analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, the Workforce Planning Consultant plays a critical role in shaping business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, anticipating and addressing future skill gaps, and ensuring workforce plans are adaptable to a dynamic business environment. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX.
