The Sr. Workday Integrations Solutions Analyst will design, implement, maintain, and support Workday Finance and HR integrations. This role will be a part of the Workday integrations team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and highly available integrations solutions. In this position you will be an integral part of advancing the company's Workday needs.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical design documents for integrating Workday with third-party data and systems
  • Create integration development plans including time estimates and delivery dates
  • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot complex inbound and outbound Workday Studio integrations
  • Build, manage and maintain EIBs, Third party API's, Core Connectors and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Create Custom Web Services by exposing Workday Custom Reports as a Service in JSON, XML and GData format
  • Provide robust logging and error handling reports and processes
  • Develop test scenarios and execute end to end system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Ensure adequate change controls are met, including approvals and communications plans
  • Create and execute a cutover plan and migrate objects and solutions between implementation tenants and production
  • Build reports as needed to support boomerang integrations and other integrations related needs
  • Minimum 4+ years of Workday experience with a focus on integrations
  • Experience in building multiple custom Studio integrations in both the Workday HR and Finance domains
  • Experience in building EIB integrations, including XSLT transformations
  • Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, organizations, and financial data structures
  • Workday certifications in Studio or Reporting are an asset
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Good decision-making ability; sound judgment
