About The Position

The HRIS Analyst II will support the HRIS Architect and HRIS Manager with administration of one or more HR systems within RaceTrac and provide support to all system end-users and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Workday.
  • 1-2 years' experience with Workday business process configuration and reporting.
  • Experience completing mass updates to system data (i.e. Workday EIBs).
  • Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Advanced/Expert proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily functional support of key HR systems, including Workday HCM system, time-tracking system and learning management system.
  • Manage issues reported to the HRIS help ticket queue and provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance and escalation management.
  • Support major Workday releases by testing new functionality, identifying opportunities to enhance our environment with new features, and performing regression testing.
  • Support the development, configuration testing, and implementation of new projects and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users.
  • Recommend and advise on process improvements, innovative solutions and process automation.
  • Gather and document business requirements and work with HRIS Architect to track and configure systems changes.
  • Develop reports based on business needs and requirements.
  • Research, identify and resolve end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partner with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of talent systems and business processes to provide internal customers with strategic planning/suggestions on how to best utilize the systems to enhance business operations.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate system governance standards, structure, processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to business teams on current and future systems capabilities.
  • Facilitate training for end-users and administrators on talent systems.
  • Oversee systems updates and enhancements.
  • Manage, test, and implement systems updates and enhancements, communicating potential changes that could impact users and administrators.
  • Serve as point of contact for systems integration(s), data feed implementation and maintenance, validating data integrity.
  • Provide research and benchmarking support and maintain a network of vendors and colleagues to enhance and sustain systems.
  • Establish effective relationships with system vendors to ensure responsiveness to troubleshooting requirements and systems changes/upgrades.
  • Serve as expert on systems reporting functionality and capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and train systems users and administrators on standard and customized reports.
