Supply Chain Technology (SCT) team innovates to get physical and digital products to our customers quickly and efficiently. We build, support, and extend the systems that manage order fulfillment, transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory placement across our FCs and thousands of retail nodes. Our mission is to make GameStop the e-commerce leader in our space, and we’re looking for Manhattan WMS (PKMS) experts to lead the way. We have a rapidly evolving fulfillment network and are looking for WMS and operational Experts who are passionate about operational excellence and efficiency. You will be the subject matter experts and you will need to know how to translate business process into WMS execution. Prior experience working with Manhattan WMS PKMS is a must for this role. This position will sit onsite 5-days a week in Grapevine, TX. Responsibilities You will be working on operational processes within the distribution center and helping the operational staff navigate the WMS to ensure an accurate and efficient process. Where changes are required, you will drive innovative solutions through configuration, testing and support. You are expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, and your approaches reflect mature judgment and good instincts with a customer-first mentality. You will collaborate with peer teams and build relationships with our business stakeholders to further our product and technical roadmaps. You will educate our Distribution Operators to best utilize our Warehouse Applications. You will be the first line of support and escalate issues / changes as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of Hands-on WMS configuration experience supporting similar operations running Manhattan WM iSeries (PKMS). Experience with other WMS platforms is also beneficial. Operational experience in a Distribution center utilizing Manhattan WM iSeries (PKMS). Experience with supporting material handling equipment of various types and vendors. Experience mentoring growing operational staff. Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts to others at varying levels of expertise throughout the organization. Demonstrated leadership with regard to operational excellence. SQL knowledge will be beneficial. Requirements

5+ years of Hands-on WMS configuration experience supporting similar operations running Manhattan WM iSeries (PKMS).
Operational experience in a Distribution center utilizing Manhattan WM iSeries (PKMS).
Experience with supporting material handling equipment of various types and vendors.
Experience mentoring growing operational staff.
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts to others at varying levels of expertise throughout the organization.
Demonstrated leadership with regard to operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

Experience with other WMS platforms is also beneficial.
SQL knowledge will be beneficial.
