About The Position

The position involves interpreting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements while configuring the product, planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing change activities for various enterprise initiatives. This includes new product implementations, enhancements, maintenance releases, new facility startups, and system upgrades in collaboration with Business and Learning and Development team members. The role requires serving as a subject matter expert during the development of business requirements and solutions for all Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives, projects, enhancements, and upgrades. Detailed work stream analysis is conducted to ensure that business and solution requirements are accurately reflected during the development phase. Comprehensive test plans are developed based on the business solution design, and detailed test cases are scheduled for development and execution. The position also involves cataloging test cases for execution once the new business solution is delivered, analyzing defects to identify root causes, and recommending alternatives to minimize delays caused by solution defects. Additionally, the role includes preparing end-user documentation for business stakeholders and analyzing WMS production defects to drive the restoration of the operating system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Distribution/Logistics Management/Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of progressive experience in engineering, IT, operations, project management, or UAT in a multi-unit environment.
  • 2 years of experience collaborating with design/development teams and working with 3rd party software vendors.
  • 3 years of knowledge in distribution support methods and operational procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile.
  • 3 years of experience performing UAT on corrected defects and providing UAT sign-off.

Responsibilities
