About The Position

As the Senior Administrative Wine Manager, you will be responsible for: The Sr. Wine Manager is accountable for setting up new wine inventory items, maintaining par levels, creating and correcting purchase orders, maintaining wine pricing and submission to the POS system (MIROS), processing cost transfers/ inventory controls and communicating with staff and vendors in a clear and professional manner. Responsible for supporting all restaurants, In Room Dining, Catering and Banquets, International Marketing and Villa Services in all wine requirements. The Administrative Wine Manager works closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, the Warehouse Manger, Restaurant staff and the POS Programmer in maintaining the proper in inventory and pricing. The Sr. Administrative Wine Manger reports directly to the Executive Director of Wine.

Requirements

• Communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
• Intermediate computer skills, primarily in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Learning of inventory and purchasing system (MMS) and procedures
• Able to lift and transport cases of wine when necessary
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and to follow through on tasks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MMS is a plus
