We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our Global Creative Team at Fossil Group in Richardson, Texas. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail industry
  • Strong conceptual and creative skills with a passion for design, style, and brand storytelling
  • Experienced in creating and implementing compelling in-store and window merchandising displays
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; experience with 3D design software preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and regions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling complex logistics and execution tasks
  • Knowledge of industry trends and innovative approaches to design and layout
  • Ability to travel as required and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain Fossil’s global visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale environments
  • Develop innovative and cohesive in-store and window displays that reflect brand direction and drive performance
  • Partner with category creative directors, marketing, image design, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand expression
  • Manage timelines, fixture buys, sample coordination, and visual directive execution with strong attention to detail
  • Provide creative input to seasonal storytelling and campaign launches, ensuring alignment with global business goals
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across regions to maintain consistency and quality in all visual executions
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the customer experience
