We are seeking a dedicated and talented SVP of Sales and Education to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a successful strategy for ONE/SIZE Beauty's North America and International retail sales channels. This influential position aims to help ONE/SIZE Beauty achieve its sales and profit goals on a global scale, with a primary focus on growing sales within our exclusive specialty retail partner in North America, Europe, SEAPAC, and the Middle East. The ideal candidates should possess expertise in developing account plans and strategies that drive success and maximize key consumer-oriented metrics such as traffic, conversion, and revenue. Additionally, they should excel in areas such as merchandising, sales forecasting, and driving substantial growth in both online and physical retail operations. As a member of the Sales department team, you will collaborate with other cross-functional teams to develop programs that optimize retailer strategies, deliver exceptional results, and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork and report directly to President.
