About The Position

The SVP, Head of Supply Chain leads the strategy, performance, and profitability of the Wellness and Vitality Exchange (WAVE) business unit. WAVE is the centralized sourcing, distribution, and product platform supporting more than 700 franchised locations across the WellBiz Brands portfolio. This leader is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, distribution, inventory planning, and customer experience. The role focuses on scaling the WAVE platform through operational excellence, strong supplier partnerships, and technology-enabled supply chain capabilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations and supply chain executive who has led complex consumer product supply chains and successfully scaled sourcing, vendor management, and distribution operations in high-growth environments. This leader brings strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing cost structure, supplier economics, and inventory efficiency, along with a demonstrated ability to drive improvements in service levels, productivity, and margin performance. This hybrid position supports our Phoenix-based distribution center and requires regular in-person collaboration with on-site teams (3 days per week in office). We are seeking candidates who are currently based in the Phoenix area. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

12–15+ years of leadership experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness, retail, or franchise-driven businesses
Proven track record of optimizing global supply chains and implementing transformation across people, processes, and tools.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently engage diverse stakeholders including franchise owners, suppliers, and internal leadership teams.
Able to translate complex operational, financial, and supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Builds trust through transparency, responsiveness, and the ability to collaborate with partners around shared business objectives.
Naturally analytical mindset, skilled in distilling large, complex data into clear, concise insights.
Ability to act autonomously, make decisions in ambiguity, and back those decisions up with clear, strategic thinking and data.
Gritty, known for rolling up your sleeves to get it done.
Strong negotiation experience.
Known for remaining calm under pressure while acting with urgency.
High level of proficiency in multiple enterprise technology platforms; Oracle EBS and Oracle NetSuite are highly preferred.
Proficiency in multiple computer applications, including GSuite, Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
BS/BA in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management preferred; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the operating strategy for the WAVE platform, aligning sourcing, vendor partnerships, distribution, inventory planning, and customer experience with the overall WellBiz brand and growth strategy.
Build and scale a high-performing team while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute the annual operating plan and budget in partnership with the CFO, owning the financial performance of WAVE including revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiency.
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, distribution, and logistics.
Oversee the customer experience team responsible for supporting franchisees through new studio openings and ongoing operational needs, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
Establish performance metrics and operating disciplines to ensure service reliability, inventory efficiency, and cost control.
Establish strategic supplier partnerships and global sourcing capabilities to support product innovation, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, ensuring strong vendor performance, reliability, and scalability.
Partner with the CMO and brand teams to support new product development and retail product expansion.
Develop supplier risk management strategies to ensure supply continuity, quality standards, and operational resilience.
Ensure supply chain systems and digital infrastructure continue to evolve to support the business, including ERP, WMS, and eCommerce integrations.
Drive adoption of technology and data analytics to improve operational decision-making.
Serve as the senior supply chain leader with franchise owners and external vendors.
Partner closely with brand leadership, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure operational alignment and franchise success.
Lead supply chain integration efforts related to acquisitions and/or innovation initiatives.
