About The Position

This is a senior level position in application/system engineering. Responsibilities include developing and validating 400V+ and multi-phase reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and lab automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• 5+ years of hand-on experience in switch mode power supply. Familiar with lab tools like oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, e-loads, frequency analyzer, etc.
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in 400V products is highly preferred, proven problem solving capability.
• Experience with simulation tool like Simplis is preferred.
• Experience in PCB design/layout with Cadence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based lab automation for equipment such as DMM, power supplies, e-loads, etc.
• Define and execute test plans for application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for Data Center/AI applications.
• Hands-on lab bench evaluations, system and board level debugging, and prototype demonstrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support existing products and drive new product development.
