Dremel is looking for an experienced Sr. UX/User Researcher to join our Product Development team, supporting our commitment to becoming a user-centered brand. In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and synthesis of user research that drives innovation in product and brand marketing. You will work cross-functionally, coordinating with external research partners, product teams and UX coaches to deliver actionable insights that guide the creation of user-centered solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to impact product strategy and champion a user-centered design approach within Dremel.
