About The Position

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with deep UX thinking, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and mentors junior designers while driving design excellence.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and UI craft
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
Experience with analytics tools and data-informed design
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer-facing products

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
Create high-quality UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems
Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns
Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices are met
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to leadership and clients
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation
Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and business needs
Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
