Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Professional experience using Figma as a design tool to facilitate wireframing, prototype development, and component design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with product managers, developers and other partners to gain understanding of user needs and business goals while designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Research and assess user behavior and preferences through interviews, surveys and usability testing to gather insights and understand user perspectives.
  • Prepare and review user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation to support design processes.
  • Provide oversight to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Research, coach other team members, and stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in user experience design.
  • Use design tools to draft wireframes, prototypes, components and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Incorporate feedback from users and other partners to refine designs and lead iteration on designs based on feedback.
  • Lead usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions, analyze test results, and iterate on designs.
  • Apply proficiency in product design and prototype tooling and in-depth knowledge of user testing software.
