About The Position
At Early Warning, we've powered and protected the U.S. financial system for over thirty years with cutting-edge solutions like Zelle, Paze, and so much more. As a trusted name in payments, we partner with thousands of institutions to increase access to financial services and protect transactions for hundreds of millions of consumers and small businesses. The Sr. User Experience Designer will fulfill a critical role by working with our merchant integration team to ensure Paze has a consistent user experience across all integrations. This role will be a product design expert who works directly with merchant engineering teams to enforce our UX and brand guidelines, while also gathering learnings from integrations for product improvements. The Sr. User Experience Designer will also work with our Partnerships team to build interactive prototypes to demonstrate how Paze can improve a merchants' checkout experience and create best practice examples of the Paze User Experience for both current and prospective partners.
