About The Position

Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces between UKG and ADP for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 5-6 month project.

Requirements

5+ years with UKG configuration and integration.
UKG Pro and Payroll is required.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Knowledge of UDES, APIs and integratiosn between HRIS and other business systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces.
Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management Dimensions (Kronos)
California payroll experience

Responsibilities

Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
Design and maintain interfaces between UKG and ADP.
Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from UKG to ADP.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams.
