In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the creation, installation, and support of systems that enhance our attractions, working closely with internal partners to ensure that we provide world-class guest experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the way guests interact with our systems, making their visits more enjoyable and memorable. As a Senior UI/UX Developer, you will develop or update the user interface and user experience for several next-generation proprietary Disney software packages. This involves creating and utilizing storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts, as well as employing the latest design principles to craft engaging interfaces. You will also be tasked with developing mockups and prototypes that effectively demonstrate site usage and aesthetics. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with various internal lines of business and stakeholders to identify the best solutions for our customers. Additionally, you will document development decision points, strategies, workflows, and final designs to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
