Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, user experience, or similar.
  • At least 10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a design environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to solve complex design challenges.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual and UX design strategy for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to execute design innovations.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers and oversee the design process from conception to execution.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across the product's design language.
  • Own end-to-end project management for high-priority design initiatives.
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
