About The Position
The Senior Unified Contact Center (UCCE) Engineer at Rush University Medical Center is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and sustaining the Cisco Unified Contact Center environment. This role involves designing, implementing, and upgrading the UC/UCCE infrastructure, as well as evaluating and documenting communication system architecture. The Senior UCCE Engineer will lead implementation projects, mentor less experienced colleagues, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support the organization's communication needs.
