About The Position

As a Sr. Type Success Manager at Monotype, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Global Key Accounts fully adopt and derive maximum value from our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who will serve as the primary point of contact for customer success, implementation, and technical support needs. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the post-sales business relationship for select Global Key Accounts, establishing productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding the unique business needs of our customers. You will leverage the full potential of Monotype's Font platform to bring their vision and inspiration to life. In this role, you will be involved in the entire customer lifecycle, actively contributing at critical milestones with our Global Key Accounts. You will facilitate customer onboarding, conduct regular check-ins, and provide ongoing support for day-to-day administrative tasks related to our platform. Collaboration is key, as you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand compliance and hold product demonstrations that showcase the full value of our platform. Additionally, you will communicate customer feedback to the development and product teams to deliver scalable solutions that benefit both the business and the client. Your role will also include identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, analyzing customer utilization data to identify insights and consumer trends, and building value-based relationships with customers to create Monotype champions. By collaborating across the organization with field sales, studio, product, and technical support teams, you will maximize customer satisfaction and drive new business growth through greater advocacy.
