FSCA is currently hiring a Sr Truck Maintenance Manager to join our Management Team to support future growth of the Company. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred with twelve years of experience as a Diesel Technician on Medium to Heavy-duty vehicle repair or equivalent combination of technical education/certifications/skills/experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree with eight plus years of experience as a Diesel Technician on Medium to Heavy-duty vehicle repair or equivalent combination of technical education/certifications/skills/experiences.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in management or leadership role.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Cox Automotive Mobility minimum driving qualification standards.
  • Must be at least 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 35-50 technicians to drive productivity and growth.
  • Generate new business within the market and support the operations of the business.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop productivity reports and work with team members to improve productivity.
  • Directly oversee the operations and Mobile Technician Leaders in the Market.
  • Conduct regular meetings with technicians to engage, energize and mentor.
  • Actively work across CAMFS organizations to resolve issues related to the technician’s role.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to ensure a high level of efficiency, productivity and safety standards are met.
