This position is responsible for selling, marketing, solutioning and supporting delivery of CNB and RBC solutions to optimize a client's working capital position. This includes Deposits, core Treasury Management products, Commercial Card solutions, Cross-Border Solutions and Transactional FX. The position will be focused on covering clients in the National Corporate Banking Division (mid and large Corporates with annual revenues in excess of $500 million.) The incumbent will develop and execute on a consultative business development framework with the ultimate goal of becoming a trusted advisor to this strategic client base and secure a fair share of the client's fee wallet. Working closely in partnership with the Line of Business and Relationship Managers, the incumbent will implement and follow a proactive calling program in order to leverage CNB's credit position. Other key stakeholders for this position include TM Product Management, Segment Solutions, Commercial Card Sales, Deposit RMs and FX Sales. The incumbent will collaborate closely with RBC Capital Markets and RBC Canada on depository and Canadian treasury solutions for NCB clients. The incumbent will also act as an escalation point of last resort for severe service issues. Maintain current knowledge of all treasury management, card and FX products and services offered. Maintain current working knowledge of technology trends impacting Working Capital Management.
