About The Position

As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting treasury and debt management activities including forecasting, budgeting, financing activities, capital and cash management. Responsibilities of the Treasury function include oversight of various credit facilities, monitoring debt compliance, financial modeling, collateral analysis, review of KPIs, preparation of presentation materials, and managing rating agency and lender relationships. The role will require the individual to act as a liaison between various finance and operations teams and the corporate treasury function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline required
  • 2-4 years of finance related experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point; Access proficiency a bonus
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data to identify trends, assess commercial impacts, and communicate results or recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize, critically analyze, solve and where appropriate, escalate issues
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Working towards or completed CFA, CPA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred
  • Treasury experience with exposure to cash management, bank relationship management, or structured finance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of the overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants
  • Prepares debt, cash and interest forecasts for planning purposes
  • Supports on-going requirements for securitization financing by completing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Monitors operational requirements including debt performance triggers and compliance with borrower and supporting obligations
  • Support cash management functions including daily cash positioning, payment processing, and bank account maintenance
  • Data analysis and monitoring of collateral to support corporate and line of business specific debt
  • Assist in the optimization of the overall capital structure by providing support through various financing initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes
  • Ad-hoc analysis and presentations to support internal and external stakeholders
