Responsible to manage daily service and financial performance including departure and delivery to the customer. Provide tier 1 logistic service provider support; tier 1 is defined as resolve and support root cause identification, day-to-day execution, resolution of challenges and opportunities, and customer implementation/disengagement. This is to be done, as to be available during approved business day hours as to not disrupt delivery and logistics flow. This position also involves management of financial components and deliver process improvements that drive efficiency and helps to ensure budget accountability and cost savings opportunities. This means support of the Customer Service teams along with courier partnership requests be completed in a timely manner meeting all expected service level agreements.
