The Sr Transformation Manager - Digital Procurement will identify, design, align, and implement a holistic Procurement E2E Digitalization strategy for strategic procurement for PFNA. This includes data analytics and data intelligence across all Procurement value streams, such as strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, supplier performance management, category management, advanced sourcing and negotiations, and overall orchestration capabilities in PFNA. The role requires collaboration with Procurement, Global S&T Function, and other functions in PFNA, such as Controls, Finance, and Supply Chain, using multiple technological solutions, software, and tools for direct and indirect spend.

  • Establish E2E procurement Digitalization strategy and develop new digital capabilities for Global Procurement in PFNA.
  • Lead digital transformation across 7 step sourcing processes by implementing new procurement solutions/tools/systems.
  • Build strong rapport and collaboration with Procurement, S&T, and other functions to ensure PFNA Procurement requirements are captured and delivered in the Global digitalization initiatives.
  • Drive change management and lead adoption of new tools and technology across PFNA procurement organization.
  • Conduct market research to identify and propose digitalization initiatives for Procurement PFNA.
  • Explore the usage of new capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Automation in the sourcing process.
  • Analyze current sourcing procedures to detect improvement opportunities.
  • Develop report solutions using technological tools and software.
  • Test and build business cases to filter valid proposals for digitalizing procurement value streams.
  • Overall leadership and supervision of implementation of digitalization projects across PFNA Procurement.
  • Manage link with broader Global Procurement Team to capture the value of new capabilities.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in Procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in digitalization, especially in Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of the Procurement business process.
  • Operational experience in the business function within PepsiCo or another CPG company.
  • Excellent understanding of industry best practices and ability to apply these to develop business processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Experience in application of Continuous Improvement / Business Process Improvement methodologies within a purchasing/finance environment.
  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, or relevant Procurement Operations experience.
  • Expected compensation range: $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary.
