About The Position

You will support the growth and development of our most important asset—our people. By delivering in-person training you will be imparting critical skills and knowledge to help them become even better. You'll be delivering learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to build the future. Delivering programs across our broad training curriculum including sales, product and leadership training. Completing and leading 'train-the-trainer' certifications and supporting peer development. Connecting key learning to the business priorities and desired outcomes. Facilitating and using a variety of learning methodologies, media, and materials. Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
