As the Sr Trade Sales Specialist, you will identify revenue opportunities and utilize TS data to find cross-sell opportunities (e.g., client with lockbox and no image, cash but no card, etc.). Your primary responsibilities will include tracking new loan activities to verify that Trade Sales Specialists (TSS) are engaged, reviewing the TSS Dashboard and loser/gainer reports to identify potential loss of business, and assisting in managing realized revenue reports for cash, card, and trade to identify billing issues and revenue not ramping up as expected. You will also gather pipeline updates for fee flow meetings and senior management weekly reporting, and be responsible for client calling preparation. Additionally, you will utilize social media and resources (such as LinkedIn, OneSource, and Hoovers) to identify industry and market news and trends, while maintaining and managing client-facing materials and building a pitch database.
