Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. As a Senior TPM for an Optical Communication System, you will partner with hardware/software/ network engineers and managers for design, test and verification of Amazon Leo Optical Network. You will partner with engineering teams on delivery and best practices to ensure sprints are aligned with deliverables. You will on regular basis participate in strategic planning, brainstorm improvements, and work to uphold the quality bar across the organization. One of the core responsibility in this role is to build delivery roadmap, identify external and internal dependencies, communicate status and blockers to senior leadership at a regular cadence. Meeting with stakeholders regularly to ensure solutions are meeting the needs of the business is expected in this role.
